The estimator (Priscilla) that helped me was super thorough and walked me through the process. My vehicle was hit and this was my second time working with Priscilla. I had pointed out a minor issue from the first time my car was fixed and she easily took care of it. I also asked if they would take care of a scratch that was un related to the accident and she also took care of it. It took me a really long time to find a shop I liked and an estimator who really cared about the work they do.
