Kept me updated on my rental I was waiting for and made conversation with me. Janice was amazing from beginning to end. Janice was super nice and very professional and knowledgeable of her job. Answered every concern I had and made me feel comfortable with leaving my vehicle with her. I had an amazing experience. Very surprised. These days businesses have very rude or half way there employees. Definitely was not the case here. Very satisfied and they kept notified throughout the whole process. From drop off to pick up. I’m glad I was sent to them."
