I was disappointed that the Ford F-150 emblem that was on my fender was lost in the repair process causing me to make an extra trip back the next day, however Jordan got a replacement part quickly and installed it.

I paid to have a tail light fixed and it was not touched. I was out of town and my wife and son picked up the vehicle Saturday after hours. I came home today to find out that the jobs was not done. Very unhappy.

Truck was not completed as promised. I was told my vehicle was ready but the taillight I paid to have fixed had still not been touched. The portion of the job completed for my insurance claim took 4 weeks and then when I drive it it still pulls to the right. Now I have to take more of my time to take the truck back to get it right. I will never use Franks again. Total disaster of an experience.
