From the moment I entered the Lobby the lady at the desk was very friendly and even though she was very busy, she took the time to welcoming in and letting me know that someone will help soon, not even 5mins have passed and Rudy walking in and started helping me he took pictures of my truck and while he was inspecting the vehicle he was explaining to me. Once he had the estimate ready he explained the process in detail and was kind enough to let me know that the price in the estimate might changed just in case that parts needed to be replaced. They kept in contact with me through the days keeping me updated on the status of my vehicle. Amanda, called me and always polite and very informative on anything that I needed to know. In short your shop, FRANK’S, is great place to have your car fixed. Thank you! I am very pleased with the way you operate.
