Taking a new vehicle to get paint touch up and minor repair is nerve racking to say the least. Well… after talking with Crystal, she completely calmed any anxieties I had by assuring me her team would not make my truck look like it had been damaged. After keeping in touch with me throughout the whole process, a week later, I received my repaired truck, and I was completely blown away by their professionalism and expertise to make my truck look brand new. But Rudy was very profesional I had deep concerns on the materials used for my repairs. And he was very profesional in explaining how parts were obtain. The rest, eventhough they listen to me, they kept referring me to the insurance. So Rudy gets a 10
