The customer care provided by Deanna and Cas was outstanding. I was updated quickly and the work was done very timely. I had been into Franks last year with the same vehicle and was not happy with the care or work. I’m glad I tried Franks again.

This time Franks hit it out of the park because of the new service advisor Deanna and new Store manager CAs. Excellent customer service. They spent time discussing everything so I understood the situation. The repair ended up costing me a fraction of what the dealership was going to charge and the damages that the dealership described of my car could not be found by Franks. Franks has made some great strides in communicating with their new automated system. It’s great not having to call every day to see what the status is on the repair. Thank you Deanna and Cas.
