There was too many times I had better communication with whatever the situation was or whatever follow up was told I would have wasn’t accurate as I was told. I found myself ending up just following up because it wasn’t happening on the other end.

The back of my key fog to the vehicle was missing and it’s been over a month and the problem hasn’t still been resolved. Had to bring the vehicle back to get the doors adjusted and the rubber sealing at the bottom of both passenger doors needed to be stuck back up into the doors. It’s should not take over a month to order the key fog back cover. Very disappointed with the situation and this is a very unfortunate lesson learn from this experience. If I was to ever have to deal with this problem again I would very much rather go a different route with another company to handle my needs.

The work on the car was perfect. I don’t detect any flaws In the work. I wanted better communication on the estimate time of completion. I know some things were beyond control franks collision and I’m satisfied and will return for work in the future
