There’s still scratches in the repair area and it seems like you guys did the bare minimum but charged the full price to the insurance which I will also let them know as well.

The repairs were not completed like they supposed to be and not satisfied with the work done. I spoke with the Manger Tom he couldn’t explain why the repairs on the invoice said were complete correctly. Very disappointing with the work and especially the explanation of why it wasn’t done but it was sure charged full price!

Excellent service. Front desk service person, Ryana, was very professional and answered all my concerns. She coordinated communication between me and insurer in a professional and friendly manner.
