My vehicle was therefore an insurance claim but I was not sure if the repair was going to be greater or less than my deductible. I had asked that, if the amount of the repair was going to be close to what my deductible was if I could just pay for the entire repair out-of-pocket and then I would cancel my claim. The person to whom I spoke on the phone made this out to be way more difficult than I believe it should be. Ultimately, the issue was moot.

The lady at the front desk was very polite and answered all my questions and when I got my car back, they had it clean and it looked very nice. They did a great job fixing the dent on my car. I would recommend them to my friends and family thank you Frank auto shop. Keep up the good work.
