This was my first experience using Frank's and I really appreciated how clean the office area was, that is unusual for a shop environment. I also noticed how friendly the staff was! The repair was done in a timely manner, and I'm extremely satisfied with the work performed! My car was much cleaner on the inside and out than when I dropped it off. I will certainly be a Frank's customer going forward.

Las luces frontales mal puestas una veía hacia arriba la otra haciendo el piso. Una diferente a otra. Los faros de niebla tenía que tocarlos para que prendieron mal.contacto la puerta izquierda no fue reparada . El faldón izquierdo frontal no se puso de vuelta esa parte la perdieron la señora morena dijo que la botaron a la basura. Estuve hablando co. Ella del problema cuando regrese al dia seguiente y su actitud no fue grata Tuve que volver comorar de mi dinero y buscar a alguien diferente para que me instalen las partes. Totalmente insatisfecha
