I switched to this shop mid-repair because I was unhappy with a different place, and I'm so glad I did. Karye did a lot of work to track down a part the previous shop couldn't source. She kept me updated the whole time, and when it came in they got the repair done super quickly and helped me get to and from work that day. Can't speak to pricing because it was covered by my insurance, but the customer service and the work done was great.
