The whole experience I have had with Alex and Ruby at Frank’s Collision repair has been seamless. Everyone is so kind and there was some paperwork I needed to file on my end, but forgot and Ruby helped me fill it out and file it the same day. The repair went faster then anticipated and Alex kept me up-to-date the whole time. At no point was I confused on what would happen to my car or worried about the quality of work. I will definitely refer friends and Family to Frank’s, if they have a similar issues with their car!
