Forgot my trunk lid/floor liner (inside) and the badge, missing keycard too. Good thing the person in the front saw it and fixed the issue. There is a little over paint in the trunk but overall, customer service is awesome.

Communication with customer service was greatly lacking. The only times I received an update on my car was when I personally reached out to customer service. Not only did they fail to keep me updated on the status of my car, but the information given to me through the process of my car's repair was inaccurate.
