Extremely satisfied with the experience. Meizel was amazing during the vehicle drop-off and sign-in process. The text notifications were very helpful. Pickup was smooth as well. The only additional request that would have helped would be an explanation of what fixes were performed during the pick up process. Overall, two thumbs up recommendations to anyone who would need a collision centre. The experience with Geico was also phenomenal.

It look like my paint was chipped I left it alone and put touched up paint since it was already kind of chipping. It looked like they buffed it out and chipped it even more.

Everyone was very professional and welcoming when I first arrived to drop off my Tesla. When I went to go pick it up the young gentleman welcomed me back and had me sign a few paperwork. Brought my car to the front, it was washed and cleaned up plus fully charged the battery for me. Really loved the services and repair was flawless! Thank you all so much

The staff was very knowledgeable and service was very quick. Out of 5 estimates from certified Tesla auto body repair shops, Fremont Collision Center had the best estimate for my repair. The repaired fender color matched perfectly and lined up with the door and hood. I'm very satisfied with their work. I would recommend them to others.
