My car was in the shop for 19 days. It didn’t go over to Toyota for about a week and when you received it back you still needed to replace the 1/4 window in the back. I didn’t understand why that want done the first week you had the car.

Team really helped in making the car ready by Friday afternoon. According to your app the car was supposed to be ready by Thursday, so I returned the rental car (which created trouble for me), and had planned activities on Friday. Please make sure your app is aligned with work performed
