    "It was a great repair! We were expecting the repair to be completed in 30 days or less? The extra 10 days with 1 vehicle made it rough. Projected time originally was Aug 14, then extended to Aug 28. In the end was ready Sep 4th. The rental car was returned Aug 25th. We had a previous vehicle repaired a few years back & it was completed in 3 wks, so I guess we were expecting within 30 days, but we understand you have a lot of vehicles to repair."
