Unfortunately for me this is the second time I have had to be there In a couple months. Fortunately I felt really taken care of by Jim. He is stellar! He is thorough and his customer service skills are welcoming and friendly and professional! I came back a second time because of him! He remembered my name and he seemed to really care about my repair! He wanted to make sure I was happy with the results. He explained things in a way that I understood it too. I will recommend Gabes due to the experience I had and he is the reason why! I have an example.... The first time I was in my side panel was hit by a shopping cart in high winds. The repair was done but the limited tag was put back on crooked. I could immediately see it when I picked up the car. Jim was not there when I picked up the car. Another younger guy said I don't see it and the customer service was not there. I took a piece of paper and measured it... Sure enough... Crooked by about a half an inch!!! When I saw Jim when I brought the car back in he said yes I see that we will take care of it and he did! He takes pride in good results. You are lucky to have an employee that cares. It makes a difference so people want to come back!!! Employees make or break your business... In his case he is helping your reputation! Cheryl

My truck looks great and you did amazing work. My biggest issue was the turn around time for the repairs. I understand orders have issues but it was an inconvenient waiting process.

Everyone that I encountered at Gabe's was very professional, kind and helpful. I had a very bad experience at Gabe's North, and to be honest, was very skeptical on going to Gabe's East. I'm glad I went though. I'm glad I didn't let the poor service at Gabe's North influence my decision. The gentleman from Traveler's insurance came outside, wiped some sticky stuff off my hood that I was concerned about, and was very helpful and thorough when he explained the work to me. Thank you, thank you for your expedient service, and your excellent employees!
