Walk into a G&C Auto Body location and you might be forgiven for thinking that you’ve just entered a swanky hotel lobby or cruise company lounge. The massive wooden counters, nice carpets, tasteful lighting and well dressed employees might surprise you at first, but it’s all part of the G&C Auto Body experience, which is carefully crafted to make you feel welcomed and at ease. “When someone walks into one of my shops I want them to understand that I plan on being in business for a long time,” Owner Gene Crozat says, “I’m fussy about everything.” The waiting areas even include gourmet coffee, pastries, sodas and a fridge filled with chilled bottles of water. Nicole explained everything to me pretty well and with the repairs I specifically needed, they finished pretty quickly. I noticed probably some over spray on my windows which I was bummed about. I could have brought it back to them which Nicole mentioned if there was any concerns they could help. Thankfully I was able to removed most of it by myself with a clay bar. Then noticed that they unplugged my dash cam which was odd. They were kind enough to fix a dent that wasn’t part of the claim which was nice. Overall I was pleased with the service.

I had a somewhat major damage to my Tesla Model 3. Nicole at G&C Berkeley went above and beyond to ensure that the repair was done correctly. She is a master of under promising and over delivering. Further more, she coordinated with the rental car office as well. Nicole is the epitome of "Total Ownership". I appreciate her thoroughness so much, that I am going to bring my Acura and get it repaired.
