Customer service was great at both locations in concord, I had informed them that I need my car by the end of the day and they made it happened. When I received my car it looks so nice freshly washed and nice and shinny.

I had an excellent experience with this auto body shop and would absolutely give them full marks. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally, efficiently, and with great attention to detail. The quality of the work exceeded my expectations, and my car looked as good as new when I got it back. What really stood out, though, was the customer service. Mac was incredibly kind, understanding, and genuinely cared about making the process as smooth as possible. Even though I was having a rough week, he managed to make me laugh and feel at ease, which I really appreciated. It’s rare to come across service that feels this personal and thoughtful. Highly recommend!
