I had an excellent experience with this auto body shop and would absolutely give them full marks. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally, efficiently, and with great attention to detail. The quality of the work exceeded my expectations, and my car looked as good as new when I got it back. What really stood out, though, was the customer service. Mac was incredibly kind, understanding, and genuinely cared about making the process as smooth as possible. Even though I was having a rough week, he managed to make me laugh and feel at ease, which I really appreciated. It’s rare to come across service that feels this personal and thoughtful. Highly recommend!

You guys are a great company, with great employees, wonderful communication, and amazing body work. The one thing I did not like is you do not need to ask customers to rate you a 10 or else that's a fail. To me, be confident that your customers will rate you a 10 and don't beg for 10/10 reviews. That was tacky and offputting to me. Rather, ask your customers to please complete the survey that comes out and rely on your customer service and quality of work to speak for itself! You are an awesome auto body shop and I will use you again, if needed. Thank you!
