Unfortunately I cannot provide a higher score. The shop was disorganized and gave me several different dates for completion - then when I picked up the car and got home, the car inside and out was full of dirt and dust. When I called I did not get an immediate response. Finally i brought the car back and they said it would be cleaned. I was made to STAND and wait for over 45 minutes. Not offered a chair to sit in and I am 85 years old. I would not recommend this shop.
