People at G&C are very nice however the workmanship is questionable . The color of the painted door is different from the panel’s next to it. It’s not a place for high-end cars.

There was additional damages that was found when picking up my car. Will have to bring it back to have worked on again. Also the vehicle was left filthy, with dust and debris, windows dirty with over spray on them.

The worst body shop I ever went too. Left my car looking bad when I supposed to pick it up. Left my inside dirty and didn’t clean and now I think I have something wrong with my glass. If I ever I need any body repair I will not go back. I rather pick my own shop.

I had a great experience with G&C Auto Body on Ericson Road . I brought my car in for an estimate on Monday morning (appointment 8:00 am) and I received an inspection and estimate before 8:30 am. They had availability to fix the tail light and scratches on the left rear of my car, so I left it there for the repairs. They drove me home to Clayton because I was leaving the car there. By Tuesday afternoon, the car was done and I picked it up Tuesday before 5:00 pm. The car looked like new. The tail light was replaced and all the scratches were buffed and repainted. The repainting was amazing. They did great quality wormanship and even gave me a courtesy car wash. They kept me in the loop and I didn't even need a rent a car because it only took 1.5 days to repair. I would highly recommend their service for bodywork and repairs after an accident. They were knowledgeable and got parts quickly and had great customer service at reasonable prices.

Hayley and her manager were top notch. They provided updates and made this body repair process seamless, painless and much easier. They are professional and service oriented- even made dealing with enterprise easier. My car was repaired and also washed just before pick up. Check in and paperwork was easy and done through your phone. Overall, very happy with my experience at G&C Auto Body.
