Thank you for repairing my Cadillac XT4. Carina did a great job keeping us informed throughout the repair process. We’re giving a score of 7 because when we went to pick up the car, Carina noticed the emblem hadn’t been placed back on. We waited while that was fixed, which didn’t take long. Additionally, there are two tiny dents near the emblem.
