Understand things happen. A phone call would have been nice when they found out they had the wrong part. Should have returned with glue off of windshield especially when returned second time

Gary is a very nice man. Had to call the late afternoon of day truck was to be completed. Had heard nothing from them up to this point. Truck was not going to be completed on time. Had to return truck because they missed some damage. Took truck back again was not told truck would be ready day promised.
