Everyone in the office was very nice and professional. My only wish was that the communication was better with giving me updates about my car. I was told on the day I dropped it off that the repair might only take one day, then I never heard back from anyone. I had to continually call to find out what was going on. It ended up taking 8 days. The final result is excellent, so ultimately I am very happy with the job that was done, and I would highly recommend your shop to friends and family.

The body shop G&C was formerly owned by Larry Bernal and Bernal Auto Body. I used them for years, however, I have to tell you my experience with G&C was outstanding. Their communication, use of technology and quality of work and friendliness of staff was the best auto body experience I’ve ever had. I will be using them in the future, and could not recommend him highly enough.

Readiness for pick up of car became confusing. Received a call that it was ready Wed but wasn’t; received another call Thurs that it was ready in the A.M. but wasn’t. Received a third call Thurs P.M. that it was ready. I finally picked it up the following morning Friday.
