Unfortunately, the repair was not done correctly and the car was not put back together very well. Insurance’s initial response was very rude and they said that nothing could be done. I had to call the repair place myself and he was kind enough to take full responsibility and order a new part to fix the issue. We are now waiting for it to come but have to drive 1/2 to 2 hours back to get it fixed correctly.

I give this place 5 because there Communication kinda suck. One day they say your car will be ready Monday. Monday comes no phone call of any update on what’s going on with you car. That was my only thing but not a bad place to take your car in to get fix .

Horrible. No communication on what was going on with my car. Had to rush to get my car when they said it was ready. Got there and car was not ready. It was still dusty and dirty. Left an entire piece in my cargo area that caused damage to my car. Now it makes horrible sounds that it's never made before, since it's a new car. Waiting to hear back from the you guys since last week about what you guys are going to do to fix my car back to normal!
