great quality repairs. It seemed like sending it to another shop (Pittsburg from San Rafael) actually delayed the repair and communication process.

Repair done very well. A bit of a gap in communicating with me about status of repairs--I had to call rather than being updated. Repairs not started promptly. Battery mounting strap was unfastened with battery moving--I found and fixed myself. These are small concerns as repair quality was excellent.

One area that could have made this a 5 star outcome, would have been to receive a walk thru of the repairs that were made to my vehicle. I had to take it at face value that all the items listed on the final invoice represent what I see now.. I appreciated receiving consistent notifications regarding the status of my vehicles repairs. The repair work appears to be quality and no concerns or issues are apparent at this time. Bryan and Rick are great representatives for G&C.
