I was not notified until the repairs were completed. When I took the car in for the repairs, Christian told me it probably be in the shop for 3-4 days. Rental car service was notified I would need a rental for the next 3 days at the most. The day I took my car into G/C Auto repairs, I was transported to Enterprise Auto and they did not have a car for me and I had to go without a car until the next day. I went to check out the rental the day after I too my car to G/C Auto shop that morning and by afternoon, G/C gave me a phonecall around3:30 pm to tall me my car could be picked up. Why didn't they call me earlier and let me know earlier. I DID NOT have to rented the car from Enterprise for just a few hours. I incurred a cost of out of pocket expense for $25. because I checked the rental out for the several short hours. Had I known G/C had my car repairs completed by the afternoon, I would have saved time and an expense I paid to rent the car for just a few hours. I think G/C should reimburse me for the $25. or forewarned me my car would be ready for pick up the same day that stress to rent out a rental on the same day I did not have to. G/C should have called me to let me know My car would be ready for pick up earlier than they initially gave me when my car would be ready for me to pick up. This was inexcusable and poor follow up on G/C Auto Repairs. Mrs. Bruyn

I ran into a nasty pot hole and had to replace two tires and a front bumper. Jose was very courteous and patiently answered all my questions and responded in a timely manner to my inquiries.
