The only reason I didn't give this a 10 was that I find the harranging to get me to complete this survey was extremely annoying. I got multiple texts, emails and even a phone call when I didn't immediately complete the survey. Really unprofessional and disappointing.

I would have given this a 10 for the service until I got my car back, but I have been very annoyed by the almost harassing contacts to complete this survey. At least 4 texts, 4 emails, and a phone call. I work and I'm busy and this has affected my otherwise very positive view of G & C, a firm I have used in the past.

Everything was perfect...brought my car in a day after the accident...the geico claims lady...Kara was extremely helpful and Colton was awesome as well...I was extremely happy with the promptness of service and will definitely take my car there...hopefully won't have to...thank you for the great service and customer experience!

It took over 11 days to have my car fixed. We were out if town and were told it would be done when we got back, instead we were called 3 minutes before pick up time to say it wasn't ready. I told the person that it needed to be done on the Friday before after already having the car for a week, yet it still was not ready.
