You’re a little early. I haven’t picked the car up yet. I’m picking them up Monday the fourth. You’re gonna leave it outside the gate. I won’t fly in until about 5 o’clock today. I talked to Michael this morning. Who did the estimate he was gonna send me some paperwork while I’m traveling

The initial estimate missed some connections underneath to the rear bumper and had to reestimate notify the insurance company and get the parts unfortunately at the end of the first week I was leaving for a week. I’ve got the car. Everything seems fine.

It took a long time to get on their schedule, but once that happened, the team was responsive, efficient, and communicative. The car was perfectly restored to pre-accident condition. All staff were friendly and informative.

The only thing is that you need to train your receptionist instead of saying I don’t know to inquire and search when a vehicle will be ready to be picked up or the status. Not to say, I don’t know. Everything else was good.

Seems like an average shop that try’s to image itself as a cut above the rest. I don’t see any difference between this shop and any other I have been to except the other repair shops I have been to have better quality work.

My car repair is incomplete. I was told it was which should include the door closing correctly and the door protector strips installed. I sent a message on Thursday night notifying customer service. They acknowledged my issue but didn’t offer a resolution, for repair, or how long the repair would take other than the protection strips would take a week to come in. I followed up with these questions but have not received a respond back. In the meantime it is going to start raining again and there is a sizable gap in the door I expect will leak water. Additionally, if I need to drop my car off for the repairs, I’ll need to take time off work and likely get another vehicle. I don’t see how this is acceptable. The rest of the repairs went well. The paint looks good. Why isn’t G and C more attentive to details?

Very professional, friendly people all around. Estimate was done, parts ordered and received on time and work performed very promptly (driver's side mirror replaced).

Communication was great in the beginning. Service was done well and car was clean. I informed the G&C team that the back gate was making noise and the button to close the back isn't working properly. They said they would get back to me. Its almost a week with nobody reaching out. This is frustrating because if anyone used the back gate they would easily hear the noise and see the button is not properly working.
