I never leave ratings on Yelp, etc., but I will for this company, as I owe the public, so that hopefully no one else will experience what I experienced.

I was either ripped off by an unethical salesperson, or the salesperson is incompetent, a bad situation in either case. I asked for a quote to fix the non-insurance damage to my car entirely, but the car was returned to me not entirely repaired. The salesperson denies this, but it makes no financial sense for me to pay $4,000 just to still have a car showing damage, when it was very clear that I was trying to make a decision on whether the insurance repair was enough. In addition to this, the car was returned to me dirty, with a shop dust layer and adhesive still on the car's exterior, and paint that was stripped from the passenger side door, I assume from adhesive/taping a covering on the vehicle, which would've been moot if the car had been repaired entirely, as I asked for and believed my quote was based on. Finally, customer service was terrible, as the people answering the phone were rude, and even hung up on me during my attempts to consider the company for my repairs. Shame on me for moving forward with a business that doesn't seem to value it's customers, since this rudeness happened before I selected the shop for my repairs, but I tried to make it work because of high ratings that I read from the general public, and because of how highly they were rated by my my insurance company, which I value and respect.

I should have driven the car before retrieving and signing the paperwork. It has a noise. The original dents are still there so their quality control is bad as these things should have been taken care of. It gives me the impression they are rushing to get you to sign and get the $ from insurance company. Now I have to deal with these things after the fact and I have been pushed back one whole month to resolve the issues, and only after I called when I did not hear back via text. The service therefore is not finished.
