I have only used the car once since I picked it up but the car looks great.

Communication could have been better. I dropped the car off on Tuesday and was given no estimate on when it would be ready. I called on Friday and was told possibly on Monday. On Monday I texted and was told most likely on Tuesday. On Tuesday, I texted and you expected it ready on Wednesday and on Wednesday I was told to pick it up. I had a rental car from Geico but although they said they would pay for the CDW on the car, they never confirmed it and Enterprise had no record of it, so I was reluctant to use the rental. Other than that, you did a great job on the Mazda and I would definitely use you again. I liked my friendly conversations with Chris and he always replied to my questions.

I know you needed extra parts which caused a delay but I would have liked an update once in a while on the car ‘s status. You did always reply to my phone calls and texts and everyone was pleasant to deal with but I would have liked more updates.

They were amazing! Very fast and accommodating.I didn’t have to go anywhere else for my rental car. They got it delivered there and I was able to return it there as well so it saved me a trip and everything was super convenient.
