Service was good overall. There was a long period where I wasn't receiving any updates, then when I got my car back, the AC wasn't working and I had to bring it back in. When asking about any AC updates, I received late to no responses. My assumptions is high volume of work which leaves no time for updates. Overall took a month to get my car back.

Customer service was excellent. I would have liked to receive more updates on my car's status. Even something like "We will get back to you in x hours/days." Just so I know my message was seen.
