Again, the repair itself looks good but there is now paint or glue spot on the roof. Maybe they rested something on top of the roof?

Customer service was amazing and the bumper looks perfect. However, there is a new patch of paint, or dried glue on my trunk roof (far from the repair). I’ll have to bring it back in to get checked out.

I was told that the front fender was going to be replaced. It was not! Has the same fender just painted over the same one!! I was told that the hitch was going to be replaced! It wasn’t and now the rear fender is loose! Car remains in your shop until it is fixed as promised!

Parts that were supposed to be replaced by new parts were never replaced! They were only painted over. Car was left to be truly fixed

I didn't get a new light cover, and the stabilization light came back on and it's jerking 2 days after picking it up. So it wasn't completely fixed the way I wanted and paid for.
