I was happy using Hansen's Collision back in the day forever, when it switched over to Gerber Collision I had feelings I would get the same satisfaction in the service. Gerber had my car for 5 days & the work was not finished to it's potential, then I took it back and now, I have to bring it back in. When they 1st had it they had told me it would take up to a week to fix the damages, then I was sent an email stating it may take 2 weeks, then all a sudden it was done. I had said to them, "It's already done and you sent me an email saying it was gonna take longer. Are you sure everything is done correctly?" They stated, "Yes, it all went well and everything is Great" Only to find out it wasn't all great! :( But, once I went back, they have been working with me to make it better.
