The office staff at the Allendale location is exceptional. I had ten minutes to pick up my vehicle and remembered on the way that I was supposed to fill up my loaner with gas. I wouldn't have been able to make it by 5pm if I stopped for gas. Kelly took the loaner to the gas station while I waited there and he allowed me to write him a personal check for the gas he paid for at the pump. That is excellent customer service. I have been spreading the word to my friends and family...high recommendations for Hansen... :) Can't remember the name of the guy who sits at the desk but he was very friendly and was not irritated with me for making him stay an extra few minutes past five. Very satisfied customer here. P.S. The work I had done on my vehicle looks great too!
