Gerber was quick with my insurance, quick to set up an appointment and asked what was preferred by me in each step. They gave quick and many options that would work for anyone’s situation. They kept me up to date every step of the way. I was stressing myself out trying to figure out how to get the rental back to enterprise, but as soon as they finished my car repair GERBER offered to take care of that and just have me pick up my care and they did the rest. What a great company!! I will recommend them everytime, and my car looks brand new despite troubles that happened to the car before I bought it. They did a wonderful job and went beyond!

I went to pick up my car today after having front end repairs after I hit a deer. The first thing I noticed was my drivers side fog light wasn’t attached. I was able to get that fixed before I left. I get home and notice that the weather stripping on the drivers side door is loose. I called the gerber that did the repairs and got no answer. I called another gerber location and was put on hold and then no one came back on the line. I noticed the trim on the passenger door frame is also loose. I have to spend more of my time driving back to a gerber location to have the trim and weather stripping reattached. I wish the company would do a quality check before they release your vehicle to you. It’s super disappointing to get your car back and see things that aren’t the way they are supposed to be.
