The repair on the side mirror looks great, and when I later stopped by with a question about a chipped windshield, I appreciated their honesty that the lease inspection company was basically scamming me by claiming something was a repairable chip vs. normal wear and tear.

Of the 4 areas that were scheduled to be fixed on my 2015 Honda Pilot only 2 were completed. I was shocked. Your people had the car for a week. Really shouldn't have paid but my ride was in a hurry and I did. The staff said I could bring it back to complete the work. I will need compensation for my transportation back and forth when I can get the car back or a loaner. I'm really disappointed in the service I received.
