The overhead console had slight damage from removing it and it wasn't fully seated when it was reinstalled. Very minor things that wouldn't be worth bringing it back in.

Did a good job but my car was delayed over 3 weeks more than I was promised. I understand parts are hard to get now and they ran into other issues. However the reason was not ever fully explained until I picked the car up yesterday. It caused me to have to pay a lot of my own money for a rental that I was not expecting. I am ultimately glad they kept the car longer, it sounds like they made the right decision. They were very nice and gave me a great explanation when I showed up yesterday. I just wish the delays would have been explained a little more when they were happening. Overall I think it did go well and they have done a great job!

I felt from my first interacions with Gerber Collision that my best interests were being met. Nick expressed his interest in the good condition of my 20 year old Saturn as he inspected the damage. It did my heart good to feel as though he understood how attached I had become to it & with its low mileage of 86000 miles why I wanted to get it fixed. At every stage, Nick gave me ideas for other improvements I'd like ro make to my vehicle. His attention to detail made me trust in the work that was done to my vehicle. I am elated with the repairs & wish to thank all involved.
