Nick and all went out of their way for us. We had an unusual situation (fire/smoke damage) and I called many places on State Farm's list who weren't even interested in helping us. Can't say enough about how great their customer service was. They truly went above and beyond. My car looks almost brand new!

It's not fixed right. The door makes a loud rattle and they didn't put the emblem back on

They didn't fix it right and didn't do anything for a whole week when we had a rental car that we had to pay for. I will never use them again. They told me it was done then I called the next day and they said it wasn't.
