I hope to never need collision repair again, but if I do it would be nice to have the text message system be clear I can chat with someone (rather than calling). I asked when we picked up the car, because it seemed like it might be one way (push only)

The employees at your front desk provide great service & are very nice people to talk with. Trent V. Was excellent to work with as well. Explained the process very thoroughly. Worked with your staff to get my repair completed nearly 2 days early! I appreciate the car being vacuumed & washed. And your text notification system is a great service! All-around very good experience at S. Industrial location!
