Good work doing their best with a difficult situation. Anytime a complex headlight is broken, They need to order all the parts and they need to be new. The headlight comes as not just a headlight, but also three units that drive the headlight. Part of the issue was the travelers tried to avoid replacing all these units and tried to use an old one first. if the shop was allowed to simply get all the parts needed upfront I wouldn’t be waiting for my car still. So, part of this is the shop not trying to order everything at the beginning and part of this is travelers trying to control cost.
