Nicole was very friendly and helpful. She kept me up to date with car repairs which was helpful for me since I needed to plan ahead for some things w/o a vehicle. All other staff were friendly as well. I will definitely return if the need arises. *It did seem like they were a bit short handed in the front office. Getting helpful, friendly and efficient staff plus retaining them is difficult for any business. I would recommend giving Nicole a raise.
