Once the truck was returned, the driver noticed that a rubber seal/washer/something was missing around a light. He had to take the truck back for it to be replaced.

This is a hard one.....there was a lack in communication from the shop to me. I had to call to check the status of the repair weekly. When the driver picked up the truck, everyone was nice, friendly and professional.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I am beyond happy with my experience at Gerber Collision & Glass! They did an absolutely amazing job repairing my car. When I got her back, she looked brand new inside and out! 😍 Not only were the repairs beautifully done, but they went above and beyond by thoroughly cleaning the inside of my car as well. I was genuinely surprised by how clean and refreshed everything looked. That extra attention to detail made getting my car back feel even more special. After being without my baby, I was SO excited to finally have her back, and seeing how wonderful she looked made the moment even better. 🥹❤️ I’m extremely pleased with the quality of their work and the care they put into my vehicle. It was a nightmare start to finish...the four day promise became 14 days! Terrible client and interoffice communications, plus the fitment was poor. You guys are a bad joke.

Horrible. Cassandra offered a vehicle but when I called the agency they were clueless. Called Cassandra again and she said he had processed it?? Called the agency again and they said the allotted amount was too small to cover the cost of a vehicle. Called Cassandra and she started to argue with me saying the amount covered the cost of a Corolla. She should have set this up instead dispatching me with a ' call them'. Just horrible communications and outright lies from your staff.
