Pretty dissatisfied with repairs. When picking up today we knew the plastic molding was delayed and damaged one is on just until new piece arrives. However, the damage on inside rocker panel looked like it was never touched for repair. I personally can’t imagine telling a customer the vehicle is done when damage was never repaired. Obviously we denied picking up our vehicle.

Gerber deserves the highest praise & thanks for all they did to restore my car to its best condition in a timely manner. Several of the men worked overtime on the weekend, so I wouldn’t have to pay for a rental car too many additional days. Everyone at Gerber is very kind & goes out of their way to accommodate your needs. I’d highly recommend them to anyone!
