After my vehicle was moved from one Gerber location to another and the time estimate went from TWO weeks to nearly SIX, I was a bit frustrated. Then— I started hearing from Javier at the Anthem location and knew my truck was in GREAT hands. I can’t say enough about Javier’s once and sometimes twice per week calls to update the progress. The truck looks PERFECT and might have turned out quite differently had he not taken over the job and assessed or estimated it the way it should have been in the first place at another Gerber location. Javier went out of his way to accommodate my schedule on the day he handed the vehicle back to me. He’s a very young guy whose people and communication skills are WAY beyond his years.

I had a fantastic experience with my repair, from completion of my initial estimate to picking up my repaired vehicle. Cassandra made scheduling & logistics a breeze, even setting up a glass repair while it was there. Javier did absolutely flawless work & kept me informed throughout, and finishing ahead of schedule. This is a vehicle with considerable sentimental value, and I felt that my trust was warranted the whole time. We also had my husband’s vehicle repaired at Gerber last year, which was also a great experience. I hope that I never need repairs again, but if so, I would go back to Gerber without hesitation, for taking a stressful situation & making it easy.
