Since I walked in the very First day to drop signed off the authorized papers , the great Customer service I’ve Received from Mrs Nancy&Steven kept my attention, and updating notes texts and reminders I’ve received as well about my car progress from the entire Team’s really makes my patience worth it. And while I went to pick up as well that when I meet the Shop Manager Mr David, who was also show great customer services by asking me how do I found the works that been provided/done at my Car to me, and but Mr David and Steven were free and honest with me by asking to be open take time to update them of anything that needs, even for future services recall , I want to THANK THEM ALL. Yes Thank You Gerber Collision for providing great service, including the persons who's did the bodywork I’ve never seen and also the Mr Efrain whom drove me somewhere that needed at a last minute with Their Company Vehicle keep it Up.

I had the best Team member service experience ever, since I walk in in the 12 of March to drop off my car key, the receptionist Mrs Cindy give me the best welcome including the entire team working in my vehicle Steven Fann, even it’s take a little bit longer just like they’ve previously mentioned in March it’s expected to be ready in May, but I love the communication from everyone including Mr Thomas when I came to pick up the vehicle as he suggested to walk through driving the vehicle for a few days to ensure everything is working properly, I was able to see honesty from everybody. Even when I need to stop at the bank for a period of time Gerber Collision’s center provided me shuttle to get me where I needed Mr Ifraine whom drove me to Addition Financial I love their Team work and corporation

Rick and crew did a great job. Kahr looks great and the process was simple and straightforward and had a good time talking with Rick and also the receptionist to. I can’t remember her name but she was funny.

I brought my vehicle in because it was involved in an accident. Stephen was my point of contact, he kept me updated throughout the process. The vehicle was completed in about 2 weeks and everything seems to be fixed correctly. I would definitely recommend this place for auto body repairs.
