My truck came out of the repair shop with other problems. The brakelights wont work, the seatbelt is loose and does not retract, a cable is now visible and sags, scrathes and black stains on the interior, deep cuts on the back bumper, an interior part was loose and I had to pop it back in, the side doors that were repaired are uneven, I found screws in the trucks bed. I have come to this shop before and the work was amazing but this time it was so bad I am not coming back, Im not sure if its different people now but I do not recommend.

An absolute terrible experience. It felt like we were scammed and lied to by Steven. We were promised repairs and the car never came back as it was promised and my bumper alignment was never fixed after being hit in my accident. This company should be ashamed of themselves for allowing people like Steven to represent this company, super unprofessional, confrontational, aggressive, and he acted like he knew everything and didn’t listen to what we were saying and needed. All we need is the bumper to be correctly repaired like HE PROMISED and we would be good and instead he never stuck to his word and the lifetime warranty your company has that he told us abt and instead said we aren’t gonna fix it and it’s our problem now. This is extremely frustrating that I was hit in an accident and now my car being correctly repaired after being recommended to come here for repairs is absolutely ridiculous. Steven should not be the person you have representing your company and certainly not someone who feels like they can call the shots. He’s an estimator, why is he dealing with everything like he’s the manager??? As someone who is a GM for one of the biggest companies in the world, I can 100% say this is Disgraceful Customer Service. Do better Gerber, and certainly do better Steven.
