My only critique is that the communication on when the car would be ready was lacking. I was quoted a date which showed on your website and that didn’t seem to change so I had it all set to return my rental. The day the car was supposed to be ready for pickup I got a text that it was delayed over a week. That was frustrating that I received no warning until the originally scheduled pickup date for the notice. I was able to get things figured out but it was a bit of a scramble. Overall great service but communication could have been better.

Teriffic work all the way through. Brendan helped me through the entire claim process and pretty much took care of all the BS paperework with my insurer. His team made my 4Runner look like it never hit that deer in the first place. Great place to bring your vehicle for work, I don't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
