Took forever, forgot to order a headlight so was delayed yet another week, got the sprayers in front and back hooked up wrong.

Forgot to order a headlight, so it was delayed yet another week. Took 3 months to get my car, then another week to put it in the shop. Mixed up the windshield sprayers, the back sprays the front and the front sprays the back.

The quality of the dent removal was good. It appears the dents were all removed. Cleanup could have been better. The very disappointing part of this process was the amount of time taken, ( 10 days) to complete the work. The shop is not that big, but no one could answer where the car was in the process until after the car should have been completed. I was going to schedule my 2015 Rogue to be serviced, but after this experience, I will be taking my vehicle elsewhere.

Kimberly kept me updated on the status of the repair. Fortunately we had another vehicle and my wife was unable to drive due to a knee operation. The repair looks great. Due to a backorder of a part which is not visible and doesn't affect vehicle operation, repair won't be completed until part is received and installed.
